September 29, 2007 at 7:16 am #2432788 John AMember Simmer Brats in beer & onions for about 30 minutes Cook them down and brown the brats Set the Brats aside, add good sourkraut to the pan with some of the juice ( I use Boars Head), turn heat to med high – high for a minute or so.
