The ice cream machine has been sold. Thank you for looking.
Holy Crap, 5 Gal!!! I’ll stick with my 1 1/2 Qt one!
Good day all.
I have a 5 gallon electric ice cream machine for sale. You may have seen these units at festivals and fairs with the ‘Hit and Miss’ engine attached. Mine is driven by an electric motor rather than the engine. I do not have the patience to listen to the engine nor the mechanical aptitude to maintain one. If you wanted to mount one of these engines on the wagon, I’m sure you could.
I have more freezer than I need and want to downsize to the 2 gallon or maybe even to go with a model that uses refrigerant rather than ice. I purchased it in March of this year with the intent of carrying it to events with me, but it is a big unit and I do not have a cargo trailer. We’re mobile wood fired pizza vendors and do not have a way to transport this freezer. I wanted a big unit, but didn’t really understand how big, “big” would be.
My machine is mounted on a 4 wheel wagon. The Country Freezer website shows it on a wheel barrow type of set up – I have no idea how you would do that. This is a very heavy unit and I think it would be difficult to move around that sort of set up.
I paid $3300 at the end of March 2012. I’ll take $3000 for it now. It looks just like it did the day I received it. I’ll work with you on delivery too. I’ll meet you half way or bring it to you if you are close enough to Chattanooga, TN.

Thank you for your consideration.
You need to put your info here:
LOL! It’s a big one for sure. I do not make full 5 gal. batches – I have, but as a rule, I make smaller. My thought is to get this unit in the hands of someone who can use it to its full capacity.
