Red Rooster Restaurant
Review by: Roadfood Team
A small-town restaurant inconspicuously tucked into an industrial park, the Red Rooster Restaurant has earned legions of fans for its large, creative, and good-tasting breakfasts.
Just off I-25 and Colorado Highway 66 is a local favorite for breakfast and lunch, serving great food by a personable staff. The Red Rooster in Longmont, Colorado. This restaurant is rapidly becoming a local landmark, and a great place for quality food at reasonable prices.
What to eat at Red Rooster RestaurantThis small-town restaurant features some of the best breakfast items in the region. Farm-fresh eggs are cooked to order, served with some of the best hash browns I’ve ever eaten, fluffy and moist, with little trace of grease. Their chicken-fried steak is memorable, crisp yet tender, with real beef flavor. Omelettes are prepared to perfection, and the pancakes are flavorful and filling. Lunch features homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and many other treats. Try the fish and chips, the best this side of the Pacific Ocean. Local clubs and groups often meet at Red Rooster Restaurant on weekends so be prepared for a short wait. You will often see motorcyclists congregating for pre-ride meals, and a multi-line motorcycle dealership is only two blocks away. Original Post by Benjamin Harper |
