The Burlington location of Hursey’s Bar-B-Q has been around since 1960, but the family bbq tradition goes back even father than that. Hursey’s Barbecue puts out classic North Carolina pork bbq, along with ham and chicken, plus sides of homemade slaw, beans and hushpuppies.
