One of the best

A family tradition since 1926, Hildebrandt’s has been cooking made-to-order hamburgers and soda fountain treats to generations of Long Islanders. Everything on the menu is excellent, but we recommend ordering the thin patty burgers and silver dollar fries for first-timers.

What to Eat
Hildebrandt’s, Cheeseburger
The thin, hand formed patty cooked to order along with homemade sliced home fries has been a tradition since 1926.
Hildebrandt’s, Coffee Ice Cream Soda
Coffee Ice Cream Soda
The coffee Ice Cream soda is a refreshing beverage on a hot summer day.
Hildebrandt’s, Hot Butterscotch Sundae
Hot Butterscotch Sundae
One of the best sundaes I have had in years. Everything tasted freshly made and I loved that they serve the hot butterscotch sauce on the side so as not to prematurely melt the ice cream. The added extras of crunchy walnuts and malt powder sent my taste buds through the roof.
