Bumpin’ Buffalo

Bumpin’ Buffalo serves fine burgers, but is more noteworthy for its chislic, a South Dakota specialty of marinated, deep-fried hunks of sirloin.
We heard through the grapevine that someone went back for a second Buffalo burger at this place. So we decided we would give it a try on our visit to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Deadwood.
What should I eat at Bumpin’ Buffalo? We had their Buffalo burger and onion rings and everything was out of this world. The burger was tender and very lean. If one of those “grease soppers” you will be happy. Don’t forget to ask for extra napkins. We would highly recommend lunch or dinner at the Bumpin’ Buffalo in Hill City, SD. It is close to all the major attractions and their staff is very friendly and upbeat. Hope everyone enjoys this place. |

My husband and I read about Bumpin’ Buffalo Bar and Grill on somebody’s blog. When we read that they went back for a second Buffalo burger at this place, we decided we would give it a try on our visit to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Deadwood. The blogger had the name incorrect and we had to contact the Chamber of Commerce in Hill City to find it, but it was well worth the trouble. Now we want others to find Bumpin’ Buffalo without the trouble.
