There is an extremely cheap cart on Craigslist atm. Do you think I would be able to extend the size of the pan area by cutting some of the steel off? This cart only fits a 2/3 pan, which is 14 inches. If I were to cut the area a little bit larger to make it fit a 1/2 and a 1/3, would this be a bad idea?
