Depending on how many steak are being cooked, I like to use these ingredients in my marinade. Please share yours.

Worchester sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic salt
Dash of paprika
Salt
Pepper

Mix them all in a bowl/cup, and smother the steaks a couple hours before cooking.
