I know this ain’t original but the best sandwich I have ever had was a tomato sandwich cut from our garden. Our tomato plants were in the Tennessee soil producing very acid tomato’s. We pluck them from the plants, sliced them, toasted bread and added some mayo.

They were super and when I have them today, they are just as great.
