I just purchased a little ice cream shop that also serves “hot dogs”

Their idea of cooking the dog is to take it out of the freezer, rinse it off, and microwave it for about 75 seconds or so.  This was a change from the previous method of steaming the dogs.  Apparently, they were throwing too many dogs away.

These are the options I have to cook them.

1) Leave the status quo and just microwave them
2) Go back to steaming the dogs and hope that I am not wasting dogs at the end of the day.
3) Deep Frying in my auto fry fryer.
4) Either use a small griddle or sandwich press type grill and cook them to order that way.

Thoughts and opinions.

Thanks  in advance
