How do you prepare yours?
I like to grill 2 filet mignons on the back porch, then slice them thinly.
Fresh soft corn tortilla
Shredded sharp cheddar
Homemade pico de gallo (jalapenos, loads of cilantro, fresh roma tomatoes, white onions, S&P, easy fresh crushed garlic)
Sometimes sour cream, a squeeze of lime or guacamole if I have the time to make it. Never buy pre-made from store.
