Well,  I had an authentic cart from NYC that I had in my barn for many years.  My dad operated the cart there back in the mid 80’s.  When he passed I thought i would get it up to code and start selling.  Within the DFW metroplex, NO CITY would allow me to set up.  They have all decided against carts.  I suppose I could have went into catering but I just wanted to find a good spot and bring back the old time Sabrett dogs.  So, I sold my cart for two grand and am trying to figure out what to do now.

Wish it would have worked.

Jeff
