Hi,
i’m new to road food but was looking for some advice from those who are experienced.

I am looking at opening a small cafe somewhat soon, i have the location i have a location but have very few ideas as to what to put on the menu. The location is incorporated with another business so i will be getting run off traffic from them as well as the surrounding businesses. I know that the area needs some work to be up to standards but thats easily fixed. Please help me with some cost effective ideas?
