Our cafeteria had roast beef sandwiches today with homemade roast beef. The Lady said she roasted a Top Round.It was pretty good… At home we use that sometimes,but mostly eye round. Is there at cut that makes a better sliced beef for a cold sandwich??? How do you prepare it????
