Here’s an example of a recent event I did… Lions club right next to me. 15 people working their trailer…No labor… $2.50 cheese burger… I’m selling for $5… pancake breakfast  think it was $3.75, I’m selling breakfast burritos for $6, fries for $1… I’m selling $1.75
I have 1/4 lb Nathan’s dogs $3.75… There selling butts & lips for $2
 
I have to pay help, hotel for 2 , two nights, fuel to & from, vendor fee… HD fee and pay for all of my food. Most of their food is donated….Most fees reduced or waived all together. How can I compete with that?
 
I have about 75 grand invested in my trailer, vehicle & equipment…/ The NPO comes in and makes close to 100% on the whole thing. This is how I earn a living, it’s very hard to compete.
