I shouldn’t be posting in this forum: I’m not a professional. But I agree with waydeg about having fun while dining out, and I’ll add one thing.

Check your menu for factual and grammatical accuracy before you print it!

I very much agree with Rick F.  I am one of those weird people who automatically proofread everything (even the newspaper) without really trying or even wanting to do so.  Unless you are trying to promote your restaurant/cart as being in old-time “hillbilly” or “hick” style, misspelling any word will show you don’t pay attention to details in your advertising, and probably are equally lax with your food preparation details.
