My mom was an awesome cook, but if I had to pick on some things, it would be her Spanish Rice. I think Spanish Rice should have a little bite to it. My mom’s kind of leaned towards the Italian side. Tasted too much like spaghetti sauce in my opinion.
 
We had fried kielbasa too often also. I like it, but my dad loved it if you catch my drift.
