Meatloaf – My mom was a good cook, but I hated her meatloaf.  It was always dry, no gravy or glaze on it, and she would add chopped onion, celery, and garlic to the mix, which are good, but they never cooked through, so you ended up with a raw, crunchy texture that I didn’t like.
