Hmm…Watertown, WI…home of Detjen’s Meat Market…and the flaming hungarian sausages they made last year out of my husband’s deer. Too spicy to eat even after boiling in beer, even after adding sour cream to them on the bun, even after chopping them up and putting them with white rice. Maybe if people are “lucky”, they’ll have some samples of them. I’m still sitting on a freezer full. Nobody in my family can stand them and my husband orders everything EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA spicy (10 on a scale of 10 spicy).
