So I’ll solicit some opinions here. Tonight I was at a baseball game and there is no smoking allowed in the stadium. There was guy down the row from me who just puffing away. I am not the type of person that would have confronted him directly (at least not without several more beers) Should I have told the staff about it? (I didn’t I just moved)
