MetroplexJim,  on your advise I “dined” at Twisted Root.  What an operation!  They really know how to manage a restaurant.
Great burger, cooked just as I like.   (But I still like the char-grilled taste of Del’s and Del’s root beer I find better)
BurgerFi crossed the Arizona/California state line!  A lot of great fast food places don’t.  But Napa?
What do you think about the branding of the bun?  Umami Burger does that here.  I think while cute the first time, it just ads more human handling to the bun.  Not necessary.

They’re franchising so someone in Napa must have shelled out the bucks.
The one here is technically in Mesa but it’s right on the border of Gilbert.
Kinda in a strange location for something as Trendy as they seem to be.
I’m surprised that they didn’t open the first one here in Scottsdale, which is a little more “Yuppier”.
My guess is that the buns are “Branded” at the bakery by a machine.
