I think that Baltimore would be a great place to go for a Roadfood. tour. Everything is very close so that you can spend more time eating!
You would have Lexington Market to explore with some outstanding food,,,,,,,,,great place for crab cakes and coddies and Baltimore’s Berger cookies among other delicious foods. Baltimore has pit beef sandwiches which are delicious. You could do a wonderful crab cracking feast at a couple of real good places. G and M’s is a very short drive away for a sit down crab cake dinner.
Vacarro’s Italian Pastry Shop in Little Italy is a dessert lover’s dream with wonderful Italian pastries, ices, and great sundaes. A stroll through the downtown farmer’s market is a great trip……………..all kinds of wonderful food here, plus lots of fun to see. (This is on Sundays.)
