Portland and the oregon coast…
On the oregon coast I would go to Tidal Raves in Depot Bay OR,  They have a wonderful bisque and razor clams that are tastee.  Also good chowder places near lincoln city and depoe bay are in my opinon, Sea Hag and Dory Cove.  Portland is tough because of the multiple options but I would have to say my favorites include Yoko’s (for sushi), Higgins (for everything especially the open faced pastrami sandwich and homemade soups), and Nicolas’ (lebanese restaurant especially like their shatta and mezza platters).
