Mar, this is a great dish for chicken thighs, I like them too. They simmer in a pot on top of the stove in Soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sugar. I love the nice color and authentic oriental look they give to the plate. It’s a real easy recipe, Shoyu chicken is big in Hawaii……….
