We’re very fortunate to still find many Americanized-Chinese menu classics in & around NYC . Not many sit-down full-service places left (mostly takeout) but it’s still fantastic fun food.

The Waffler proved to be excellent for reheating Five Guys fries. They don’t get the signature waffle stamp but “qualifry” A+ for crispy delicious pull-apart fries.

They made the perfect base for my very first chili cheese fries…ever
