We did a company cook out/potluck for lunch today… hamburgers and Italian sausage on the grill (I cooked all that and now I smell like grease… oh well), lots of Mexican dishes for Cinco de Mayo, I made an 8 pound braised pork shoulder, lots of side dishes and desserts. Everything was excellent, and lots of leftovers for tomorrow!
