It’s pretty popular in PA. You make it like meatloaf. I use 1lb. ground ham and 1lb. ground pork. Instead of breadcrumbs you crush up CORN FLAKES! Then the usual stuff…….eggs, chopped parsley, S&P. The glaze is ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. That makes 6 individuals so there’s enough for 2 more meals! It also makes great sandwiches. Soon you’ll have your kitchen so you can make them!
