I mentioned ham loaf to my mother, because I’ve never had it and I’m intrigued. She made a face and told me if I wanted to make it I could, which tells me it’s never gonna happen at my house. Maybe I’ll make it at my niece’s house some time.
Tonight I threw together a stir-fry that took barely 30 minutes from deciding what I wanted to putting it on the table courtesy of frozen and/or canned ingredients. Actually came out pretty tasty!
