I remember that picture!  Beautiful!  [8D]  I don’t have a grinder attachment for my KitchenAid stand mixer.  MH has a grinder but it hasn’t been used in years so I would have to start by tearing it apart, cleaning it, put it back together, use it……..repeat.  For 1lb. of ground ham……..I just buy it.
