Hey, just a minute. Not only is that grinder clean, but every part has been lubricated with food-grade oil.

It has been sitting out in the open since before I got here, so it’s been out over 5 years.  Probably more like 8-10 years.  Don’t tell me it’s not crusted with dust, dirt and bugs!
