Michael – Thank you! That just made me laugh right out loud. I’ve had that discussion with so many people! Quiche, frittata, crustless quiche… I make them all. But mostly crustless, because of mom and her carbs. [:D]
Mar – I haven’t had a stromboli in a hundred years. Gonna have to fix that soon! There’s a place in town that makes excellent ones, although the best one I ever had was at some walk-up place somewhere in NYC my senior year in high school. Couldn’t tell you the name… Everything was in Italian, and I just pointed to the pictures on the menu board to order.
leethebard – Between you and lleechef, I’m going to have to figure out how to make Pasta Fagiole. It pops up often enough with enough rave reviews I think I’ll need some.
