I hope your lunch was equally delayed, or you at least had some snacks to keep you going!
That’s actually normal dinner time for me… what I post here from normal people dinner time is technically my lunch. Although the last couple of days I’ve been working hockey games, which screws up anything resembling a schedule since I’m gone from 5:30pm to about 11:00. I do lunch (breakfast) at 4:30 and skip my middle meal when I do hockey.
Tonight I tried my LAST attempt at low-carb pizza crust. This time I used two different recipes, both with cauliflower. The pizza crust tasted excellent, but had to be eaten with a fork (a spoon might have worked also). The bread stick recipe was easy to pick up, but we didn’t like the taste. Live and learn! Served with a bag salad with zesty Italian dressing.
