What if you made the crust and rolled it out ahead of time to let it dry a bit? Maybe precook it before adding sauce and toppings?
They were both pre-cooked. I even baked them both at least 10 minutes longer than it said. You don’t really roll either of them, just spread them out on a pan and bake them. I think I’m gonna see if I can take the best of each recipe and make them work as a new one. Or maybe I’ll just give up and buy whole wheat pizza dough from the freezer section. [lol]
