An old family favorite of ours: a dish my mom got from a friend in the 1950’s. We call it our swiss pasta dish. It’s so easy to make,but we love it. It’s a layered mix of large shell pasta, ground beef and onions pan fried in butter, and green peas (frozen, not canned), topped with shredded swiss cheese, so it melts on top. A bit fattening, but delicious. If any one is interested, I can be more specific. But for us it’ll be a tasty night!!
