There is something so magical about a green chile cheeseburger. It starts out as magic at the Bobcat Bite — now the Santa Fe Bite. And then lleechef makes them right here. They’re ten ounce burger patties cooked over coals and topped with Hatch chiles that she roasted, seeded and packaged and then a couple of slices of cheese melted over the chiles and the medium rare patties of 70-30 ground chuck. Oh, and I enjoyed dinner.
