Earlier this week I found 2 fairly meaty racks of beef spare ribs for $3.99/lb so they’re on the smoker right now, and will be served with pasta salad and beer (wine for Mrs. C).
They definitely weren’t cut as close as most of the beef spares I see. Some newbie in the meat department probably got his butt chewed for leaving that much meat on the bones.[;)]
Tomorrow night will likely be grilled chicken thighs and asparagus.
