Yikes, mar!

Tonight was my turn to do mom’s birthday dinner, although her birthday was yesterday. Stuffed clams (don’t be too impressed, I bought them frozen), agave roasted root vegetables (red potato, purple potato, sweet potato, carrot) with walnuts, and a spinach salad with fruit and pecans and citrus dressing. Later there will be strawberries and cream.
