Anybody know if you can freeze leftover corned beef and cabbage? I’ve got about 10 pounds in my refrigerator.
A little rye bread, swiss cheese, and mustard should solve the corned beef problem.[;)]
I know you have a hectic schedule but if you have a George Foreman grill or something similar and time permits you could take everything into work and make hot corned beef sandwiches for your coworkers…
