I had this pizza from Earth, Wind and Flour the other day.
Very pretty but all I could taste was the delicious sauce and fresh garlic. The eggplant and basil were masked. That does not mean it wasn’t delicious because it was.
Oh, the crust was also very good.
Earth, Wind and Flour in Santa Monica is known for their deep dish pizzas. My friends requested it be done on a thin crust which was just fine.
