Catering win tonight! Trisha Yearwood’s pork loin (apparently she has a cookbook, who knew), pecan-crusted grouper, sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions in red wine sauce, roasted asparagus, roasted garlic smashed potatoes, peas, homemade creamed corn, and a giant salad bar. Dessert choices were chocolate Texas sheet cake, carrot cake, or chocolate bread pudding. Kinda made up for getting called in to work almost 5 hours early with less than 2 hours’ notice.
