Having our kitchen cabinets re-done next week so made enough Cabbage Soup today to last the whole week!
Trying to lose weight.
Cabbage, Red and Green Peppers, Celery, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Onions, Herbs Provence, Veggie Broth, Salt, Pepper, Tomato Sauce and some water.
Delicious!
