That wasabi remoulade looks very interesting.  Mayonnaise, sour cream, wasabi powder and…???  Minced anything?

I went back to Ramenya and the place was crowded.  I got to see what others were ordering.  Next time I will order the Korean bowl with is served with three salad banshen.  Steaming, hot tofu and kalbi in bubbling chile sauce.  Looked fantastic!

I brought home their Thai noodles which were a clear rice or yam noodle with ground, seasoned pork, boiled shrimp and a soy/citrus sauce.  Very refreshing!

I can see me spending a lot of time there.

Two more hours before ET-94 comes by here.  The street lights have been taken down and police are directing the traffic.  I’ll be standing outside after midnight to photograph the event.  It’s going to travel at 5 miles an hour.  I want to watch it make the 90 degree (my alt key thing isn’t working!) turn onto California 90 which is my corner.

Guess it’s not in the news across the country.  It’s BIG here!  I love all thing aeronautical!
