I’m not sure what’s in the remoulade, exactly. I don’t think there’s anything minced, but maybe garlic? I didn’t think to ask…chef was sitting next to me on his break and we talked about pretty much everything else. I do love it, though! They’ve also got a roasted red pepper aoli that’s to die for.
I haven’t heard anything about ET-94 except from you, but it’d be really cool if something like that went by my house, too!
