No pics, but we had an easy meal of a large Greek salad topped with some grilled chicken breast, some homemade hummus, grilled pita, all washed down with iced tea.
Tomorrow, I’m smoking a turkey breast and a pork loin for Memorial Day. Probably make some old fashioned macaroni salad to go with it. Watermelon, too, and the wife is making some lemon bars. I might even pop the top on a few cans of Budweiser. 90 degrees in St Louis tomorrow; summer has arrived.
