I made simple food last night.

I only had 2 eggs, one for each of us.

Get out the tiny, ceramic pan, made a one egg omelette with a little heavy cream salt and pepper and when it was almost set I folded over the sides so that it was the size of a slice of processed American Cheese.

Those both went on top of toast slathered with Miracle Whip (Gag) for her and butter for me.

“THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!”  I never get that response when I take the time to make something really good.

Amazes me.
