I got to cook again! Parmesan chicken bundles (with homemade spaghetti sauce using thyme, basil, and oregano from my garden and canned diced tomatoes from my niece’s garden), frozen cauliflower in cheese sauce, and another salad from my garden (buttercrunch lettuce, borage, parsley, and a few of the mixed leaf lettuces that were big enough).
What, now? You make the effort for everything else and then sell out when it comes to the cauliflower and cheese?[;)]
