I’m normally not a fan of fruit beers, but that one is amazingly tasty! It’s the first thing I buy as soon as I get off the plane when I head west.

Tonight I tweaked a couple of recipes I found online and ended up with what was, quite frankly, the tastiest dinner I’ve made in quite some time. Fresh herb quittata (which is apparently what you’re supposed to call a crustless quiche), chickpea and cucumber salad, and cottage cheese.
