We’re having what my family calls “Burnsville” hot dogs, named by us after a little mountain town in Western North Carolina(google it. It’s beautiful) where we first had them. Basically a southern style hot dog: mustard,onions,chili and topped with cole slaw. We’re using hearty rolls and “windmill” hot dogs, high quality natural casings made by Sabtrett. Potato salad and pork and beans to round it all off! Of and maybe a Yuengling beer!
