I’m looking forward to your report on Graydon’s Crossing’s pork belly and grown-up grilled cheese offerings.[}:)]
Sorry to disappoint! We went off-menu other than the nachos and did daily specials. He had something I forget the name of, but was a cross between a shrimp po’boy and a French dip, which came with excellently done roasted asparagus. I got their BBQ pork wings, which came with even more brilliantly done collard greens. He stuck with a single basic Bell’s Oberon, while I tried a couple of different Belgians. Greenbush 1825 and another one whose name escapes me, but I believe came from Dogfish Head.
