I had a certain meal all planned for last night that required being in the kitchen for over an hour.  It was a beautiful evening and we were sitting outside, watching the birds, having some wine.  Our neighbors across the street came over and we spent over an hour sitting and talking.  I sure didn’t want to go in and cook.  So we got “Chinese” from a local Mom and Pop place here in Gahanna.  I had a delicious stir-fry of vegetables only and rice.  It was nice and light on a hot summer’s evening.
